How long does carpet take to dry after steam cleaning?
Usually the same day. Our extraction machines pull far more moisture out than a hire machine, and the rest comes down to the carpet, the weather and the airflow in the room. How long carpet takes to dry explains each one and how to speed it up.
Can you remove pet stains and odours from carpet and couches?
Yes. Pet stain and odour removal is one of the jobs we get called out for most. We treat the affected area with an enzymatic pre-spray that breaks down odour-causing residue, then extract with hot water at high pressure. This neutralises the smell at the source rather than masking it, and is safe for kids and pets.
Do you remove tough stains like red wine, coffee, blood, vomit and ink?
Yes. Red wine, coffee, blood, vomit, ink, makeup, food spills, oil and grease all get a targeted spotting solution before the hot water extraction goes over them. Most stains come out. Some don't. Old bleach marks, dye transfer and anything already set by a DIY attempt are the usual culprits, and we tell you which is which before we start rather than after.
Is steam cleaning safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use biodegradable, low-tox solutions and rinse them back out under extraction, so nothing harsh is left sitting in the fibres. Once the carpet or couch is dry, kids and pets can use the room as normal. If anyone in the house has a specific sensitivity, tell us when you book and we will adjust what we use.
Can you help me get my bond back with end of lease carpet cleaning?
We do end of lease carpet cleaning across Sydney and give you what the agent actually asks for: a deep extraction clean, before-and-after photos of every area, and a tax invoice on letterhead with our ABN. Whether the bond is released is the agent's call, not ours. What we can do is make sure the carpets and the paperwork both stand up at inspection.
Do you clean mattresses?
Yes. Mattress steam cleaning lifts out the sweat, body oils, dust, skin cells and spill residue that build up in the fibres over the years, which reduces the allergen load in the mattress. Worth doing every 6–12 months, and sooner on kids' beds. It is not a pest treatment; bed bugs need a licensed pest controller.

Will steam cleaning shrink or damage my carpet or couch?
It shouldn't. The real risk with any wet clean is over-wetting, mainly on natural fibres: wool carpet, and linen on couches. We check the fibre and match the pH before we start, and if something is too fragile to wet clean we tell you rather than risk it.
